A dream come true ❤

 Everyone in life has dreams in one way or another. Ever since I was a child, I also had a dream of becoming a talented singer who is loved and respected by everyone. But a little shy in those days. My sister was well aware of my skills. She applied for the Sirasa Junior Super Star competition on my behalf. When I was called up for the competition, I didn't participate in it with much interest. But as the tournament progressed step by step, I practiced the songs based on the enthusiasm and confidence I gained from the competition. Those feelings were exacerbated by the judges comments and evaluations. The audience response I reserved as I went further led me to build up a strong determination in my heart. I found my self fit to sing on the final stage, so I made sure to practice regularly and make a strong commitment to the competition. On 10th of March 2018 I was one of the four finalist in the Sirasa Junior Super Star Grand finale. The song "Rakwale" by the great indian singer Mohammad Rafi led me to victory while delighted my parents and my audience. Although I have not had a lot of songs on my journey as a singer since then, I am humbled that I have given the audience some successful and meaningful songs.
